The respective episodes will be available on RTL+ seven days before their TV broadcast.

‘Die Wollnys’: Between Wedding Stress and Water Damage

The new episodes revolve around the upcoming wedding of the youngest Wollny offspring Loredana (21), among other things. Until the big day in Turkey, when she wants to say ‘I do’ to her partner Servet (25), there is still plenty to do for the extended family led by family matriarch Silvia Wollny (60).

While the younger Wollny generation is all about love and wedding preparations, the 60-year-old is plagued by different concerns: Her bathroom in the multi-generational house in Ratheim resembles a construction site: A leaking pipe has caused water damage – and presents new challenges for the family matriarch.

‘Die Wollnys’ Have Been Entertaining Germany for Over Ten Years

Since 2011, the well-known TV extended family has been providing insights into their daily life with eleven children – and now 18 grandchildren. In February this year, Silvia Wollny revealed to the news agency spot on news why the format still excites so many viewers today.

‘I believe the success lies in the fact that we are simply ourselves. We show real life, with all its ups and downs. In a large family, things don’t always run perfectly, but with love and unity, it works anyway,’ the 60-year-old said at the time.
